Home of Valdosta State University, one of America's fastest growing universities.  Educational R&D support from the VSU Science Department is an invaluable tool for any Life Science industry.  VSU and the Center for Applied Research (CAR) of the College of Arts & Sciences are willing to work with any life sciences or biotech company that is interested in collaborating for mutual benefits.

Specialized scientific analytical and testing equipment including Scanning Electron Microscopes, Fluorescent Scopes, NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance), HPLC and gas chromatographs, lasers, and optical equipment.
   
Links to VSU faculty whose research expertise includes areas of chemistry and biology that may be of interest to industrial partners.

Access to VSU undergraduate and graduate students majoring in the physical and life sciences as interns, work-study students, or summer employment.

Assistance with joint grant of contract applications for external funds.

Financial assistance
to faculty collaborating with external companies through Applied Research Starter Grants through CAR.
